We are what we eat, as long as we eat healthy and balanced food. Our hair is made of proteins and amino acids. It needs the proper nutrition to grow well and keep itself well maintained.
Eggs, berries, nuts, fish, green leafy vegetables, sweet potatoes are some of the many great foods for healthy hair.
We love to open our hair and flaunt it, but we have to use hair bands to limit hair damage from environmental aggressors. Use fabric hairbands instead of plastic ones; it avoids hair breakage.
