Researchers at the University of Tokyo have developed cultured meat structurally comparable to actual muscle and thus more lifelike. This reduces the environmental damage caused by meat farming. It provides an alternative solution to meat consumption that many people could appreciate.

This means that scientists may generate steak-like meats instead of mince. As a result, lab-grown meat may be more appealing, and people may be more willing to consume it.
