Sue Siegel has more than 30 years of experience in corporate and venture capital, serving as the CEO of GE Ventures for seven years. She heads two of General Electric’s growth and innovation initiatives and GE Ventures and Healthymagination.
Sue has served on more than twenty corporate and public boards of directors. She has been recognized as among the “100 most influential women in Silicon Valley.” For this success, she attributes her mom, who has been the backbone of her journey.
She says, “my mom was the first woman to earn a graduate degree from the Yale School of Forestry in 1965. She is the embodiment of paving your path, being focused, and having a solid work ethic. I have learned from her that when you combine these forces, anything is possible.”
