Peggy Johnson, CEO Of Magic Leap

Peggy Johnson serves as the CEO of Magic Leap after taking up this position from Rony Abovitz in September 2020. Before joining Magic Leap, she headed Microsoft as Executive Vice President, a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University.

Peggy remembers how her mother taught her the importance of discipline in her life. Johnson recalls, “I can still hear my mom’s voice echoing through the house, reminding my siblings and me to ‘Make your beds!’ It seems a small thing, but those reminders can talk about the importance of discipline and order that are critical.
