Simoina Vasen is an Amazon executive who leads the company’s prime division. She is an MBA graduate from the University of Pennsylvania. Simoina recalls her mother telling her not to be afraid to ask for what she wanted. Her mom always told her that she could create the career path that she wanted, and it didn’t need to fit neatly into a box.
