The Hollywood star couple has three strong and independent daughters. They’ve opted to use more gender-neutral pronouns, beginning with Ryan, who’s declared it his goal to do so, mainly when speaking in general.

The pair wishes to demonstrate that women can also be bosses to their daughters. As compared to always saying “women are bossy” when men aren’t tagged that way. So they try to use more general gender-neutral words at home.
